Get webhook notifications whenever Aeris Connectivity Service Status creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
To ensure uptime and stability of our infrastructure, Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting on May 23, 2024 at 2:00 AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. Provisioning and portal-related services will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes during the first half of the maintenance window.
In addition, alerts, API services and reports will be delayed throughout the duration of the maintenance activity. Online reports, scheduled reports and dashboard widgets will not be available during the maintenance activity. Any scheduled reports will be generated after the completion of the maintenance window.
There will be no impact to data, voice, or SMS services. Please see below for more details.
