To ensure uptime and stability of our infrastructure, our carrier partner will be performing a maintenance activity starting on Oct 04th, at 04:00 AM UTC. During the activity, the listed functionalities on devices associated to the listed APNs may be affected during the maintenance window in brief intervals:

*APNs: iot.aer.net, iotst.aer.net and pnet.aer.net

Customers may experience a brief session disconnection but the sessions will be re-established quickly.

There will be no impact to voice, SMS, portal access, provisioning or reporting. Please see below for more details.
