This is to notify you that Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting on Jun 23, 2022, at 2:00 AM UTC to enhance the service reliability. During the activity, alerts and network location APIs will be delayed. Online reports, scheduled reports and dashboard widgets (billing and usage trends) will not be available during this period.

Additionally, the below-listed functionalities will be unavailable for 90 minutes during the first half of the activity:
• LTE-M Shoulder-Tap services
• AerAdmin
• AerFrame
• Provisioning
• Portal access

There will be no impact on data, voice, or SMS services. Please see below for more details.
