To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing a maintenance activity starting on Nov 13, 2025 at 6:30AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. During the activity, brief data service interruption may be experienced but sessions will be re-established quickly depending on the device retry mechanism.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS, portal access and reporting. Please see below for more details.
