To ensure uptime and stability of our infrastructure, Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting on Sep 17, 2021, at 3:00 AM UTC to perform failover testing on an ISP link. There’s a possible impact of up to one minute on data (internet and VPN traffic), voice, and SMS during the exercise. However, there will be no impacts on portal access, provisioning, reporting, and alerting services. Please see below for more details.
