Maintenance Notification IOTCHG-6262 Sep 18, 2025 02:00-04:00 UTC

This is to notify you that Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting on September 18, 2025 02:00 AM UTC to upgrade Watchtower components. During the activity, data services will be affected starting at 2025-09-18T02:40Z for up to 75 minutes. There will be no impact to voice, SMS, portal access, or reporting. Please see below for more details.
Maintenance case reference number: IOTCHG-6262

IoTD customers using (Global SIM/Fusion Global) may experience intermittent, brief periods of packet loss. These periods should not last more than one minute. Those customers may also experience intermittent, brief periods during which Aeris Intelligent Network Detection and Response will not enforce Security Policies. These periods should not last more than five minutes.
