To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing a maintenance activity starting on Jan 13, 2026 at 2:00AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. During the activity, brief data service interruption may be experienced but sessions will be re-established quickly depending on the device retry mechanism.
There will be no impact on voice, SMS, portal access and reporting. Please see below for more details.

We are pleased to notify you that this issue has been resolved. Aeris Technical team members restarted the Op Admin service and confirmed restoration of Aerport functionality. The permanent fix is already being processed and estimated for implementation tomorrow. Please see below for more details.
