This is to notify you that Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting at 3:00 AM UTC on February 18, 2026 to enhance the network reliability, performance, and scalability for business-critical applications. During the activity, the expected service impact is up to 45 minutes down time of data services only on APNs secureapn.net, st.secureapn.net, iotst.aer.net, subman.aer.net and rrr.aer.net. There will be no impact to voice, SMS, portal access, provisioning, or reporting. Please see below for more details.

During the activity, there may be a brief disconnection in existing data sessions but the sessions will re-establish quickly depending on the device retry mechanism.
