This is to notify you that Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting on November 19, 2025 at 3:00 AM UTC to upgrade Watchtower performance and enable additional Watchtower features. During the activity, the expected service impact is short periods where an Enterprise's devices' cellular data traffic will either (a) be dropped, or (b) will not have any security policies applied. These periods should total no more than four minutes. There will be no impact to voice, SMS, portal access, provisioning or reporting.

Update - Update: This is a further update regarding the ongoing Data browsing issue majorly for Tanzania inbound and outbound subscribers. Our carrier partner has confirmed that the issue, impacting data browsing and some SMS deliveries, is due to a wider internet service disruption in Tanzania. The affected roaming partner is investigating. There is currently no estimated time for resolution. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as they become available.
