To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing a maintenance activity starting on May 13, 2026 at 04:00 AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. Brief data impact may be experienced during the activity. Sessions will be re-established depending on the device retry mechanism.

There will be no impact on voice and SMS services. Please see below for more details.
