To ensure uptime and stability Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing a maintenance activity starting on Mar 25, 2025 at 3:00 AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. Data service will be impacted for up to 15 minutes during the 1st half of the maintenance window.

There will be no impact on SMS, Provisioning and Voice services. Please see below for more details.

This is to notify you that Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting on March 26th, at 2:00 AM UTC to deploy infrastructural enhancements. During the activity, data services for dual mode ALH SIMs will be impacted for up to 10 minutes within the first half of the maintenance window. There will be no impacts to voice, SMS, portal access, provisioning and reporting services. Please see below for more details.
