To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing a maintenance activity starting on March 30, 2023, at 2:30 AM UTC to deploy the infrastructural enhancements. During the activity, there may be a brief disconnection in existing sessions, but the sessions will re-establish quickly depending on the device retry mechanism.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS, portal access, and reporting. Please see below for more details.

During the activity, alerts, reports, network location APIs will be delayed. The online reports and dashboard widgets will not be available during the maintenance activity. Any scheduled reports will only be available post maintenance activity.

In addition, provisioning and portal access will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes followed by an intermittent impact of 45 minutes during the first half of the maintenance activity.
