This is to notify you that Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting on February 4, 2026 at 04:00 AM UTC to address a Watchtower redundancy issue. During the activity, All Watchtower Enforcement services will be disabled starting at 04:10 AM UTC on February 4 for up to 95 minutes and all security rules implemented in the Watchtower portal will not be enforced during this time period. There will be no impact to Data, Voice, SMS, portal access, provisioning or reporting. Please see below for more details.
