To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on March 19, 2026 at 10:00 PM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. During the activity, there may be a data service impact for up to 15 minutes. Sessions will be re-established depending on the device retry mechanism.

There will be no impact on voice and SMS services. Please see below for more details.
