To ensure uptime and stability of our infrastructure, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing a maintenance activity starting on Nov 10, 2024, at 4:00 AM UTC to deploy the infrastructural enhancements. During the activity, provisioning services will be impacted.

However, there will be no impact on voice, data, SMS, portal access and reporting. Please see below for more details.
