This is to notify you that Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting on September 25, 2025 at 05:00 AM UTC to upgrade Cloud components to a higher version for various improvements. During the activity new data session activations may be delayed and provisioning actions may fail throughout the maintenance window. There will be no impact to voice, SMS, portal access and reporting.
