To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on Jan 29, 2026 at 5:00 AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. Data service may be impacted for up to 5 minutes during the activity. Sessions will re-establish depending on the device retry mechanism.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS, provisioning and report fetching. Please see below for more details.
