This is to notify you that Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting on March 23, 2023, at 2:00 AM UTC to deploy service enhancements.

During the activity, alerts, reports, network location APIs will be delayed. The online reports and dashboard widgets will not be available during the maintenance activity. Any scheduled reports will only be available post maintenance activity.

In addition, provisioning and portal access will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes followed by an intermittent impact of 45 minutes during the first half of the maintenance activity. However, there will be no impacts to data, voice, and SMS services. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
