To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on Nov 20, 2025 at 5:00AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. During the activity, data service impact may be experienced for up to 5 minutes. Session will be re-established as per device retry mechanism.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS, portal access and reporting. Please see below for more details.
