To ensure uptime and stability of our infrastructure, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on Apr 13, 2025, at 4:00 AM UTC to deploy the infrastructural enhancements. SIM management services may be impacted during the maintenance activity.

However, there will be no impact on voice, data, SMS, portal access and reporting. Please see below for more details.
