To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on Dec 17, 2025 at 5:00AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. Provisioning impact may be experienced for up to 15 minutes during the activity.

There will be no impact on Data, Voice, SMS and report fetching. Please see below for more details.
