To ensure uptime and stability of our infrastructure, Aeris engineers will be performing a break-fix maintenance activity starting on Sep 16, 2021 at 2:30 AM UTC to perform infrastructure failover testing. During the activity, data, SMS, TLDN, voice and VPN connectivity services would be impacted for European region customers twice for up to 5 minutes. However, there will be no impact to portal access, provisioning and reporting. Please see below for more details.
