To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on Nov 13, 2024 at 4:00AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. During the activity, there may be a brief interruption in data sessions but the sessions will re-establish quickly depending on the device retry mechanism.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS, portal access, and reporting. Please see below for more details.
