To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing a maintenance activity starting on Jan 26, 2026 at 5:00 AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. During the activity, data service may be impacted for up to 5 minutes. Sessions will re-establish depending on the device retry mechanism.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS and reporting. Please see below for more details.
