To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on Oct 29, 2025 at 4:00 AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. During the activity, data service may be impacted for up to 5 minutes but the sessions will re-establish quickly depending on the device retry mechanism.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS, portal access, and reporting. Please see below for more details.
