Update : This is to notify you that, Provisioning and Portal access will be unavailable for 30 mins followed by 90 mins of Intermittent impact during the first half of the activity. Please refer to the details below for additional information.

This is to notify you that Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting on September 22, 2022, at 2:00 AM UTC to enhance the service reliability. During the activity, alerts and network location APIs will be delayed. Online reports, scheduled reports and dashboard widgets (billing and usage trends) will not be available during this period.

Additionally, the below-listed functionalities will be Intermittent impacted for 30 minutes during the first half of the activity:

• Provisioning
• Portal access

There will be no impact on data, voice, or SMS services. Please see below for more details.
