Dear Valued Customer:

To ensure uptime and stability of our infrastructure, Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting on September 23rd, at 02:00 AM UTC, to deploy service system enhancements.

During the activity, the listed functionalities will be affected throughout the maintenance window:

* Alerts, reports and network location API responses will be delayed during the maintenance window.
* Online reports and dashboard widgets will not be available during the maintenance activity, and any scheduled reports will only be available post maintenance activity completion.
* Provisioning and portal access will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes during the first half of the maintenance activity.

While not expected, Fusion North America customers using iot.aer.net APN may experience up to 5 minutes of service impact to data services in the second half of the maintenance window. No other customers are anticipated to experience any related impacts to data, voice, or SMS (via APIs) services.
