This is to notify you that Aeris carrier partners will be performing a maintenance activity starting on September 21, 2022 at 5:00 AM UTC to make network enchantments. During the activity, data, voice, SMS services will be affected and may be unavailable for 15 minutes during the first half of the maintenance activity.

Registration - Devices may experience failures when attempting cellular registration.
Data services - New session attempts may fail to establish connect.
SMS services - SMS send and receive messages may fail.
TLDN services - Devices may not be able to obtain temporary dial-able numbers.
Voice services - Voice may be impacted for Global GSM customers.

There will be no impact to portal access, provisioning, reporting. Please see below for more details.
