To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing a maintenance activity starting on March 30, 2023, at 2:30 AM UTC to deploy the infrastructural enhancements. During the activity, there may be a brief disconnection in existing sessions, but the sessions will re-establish quickly depending on the device retry mechanism.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS, portal access, and reporting. Please see below for more details.
