To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on Dec 05, 2025 at 05:00AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. During the activity, data service is expected to be impacted for up to 15 minutes. Sessions will be re-established as per device retry mechanism.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS and report fetching. Please see below for more details.
