To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on June 13, 2025 at 4:00AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. During the activity, there may be a data service interruption for upto 5 minutes. Sessions will be re-established quickly depending on the device retry mechanism.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS, portal access, and reporting. Please see below for more details.
