This is to notify you that Aeris engineers along with carrier partner will be performing a maintenance activity starting on March 27th, at 3:00 AM UTC to deploy infrastructural enhancements. During the activity, data and SMS services for dual mode ALH SIMs will be impacted for up to 10 minutes within the first half of the maintenance window. There will be no impacts to voice, portal access, provisioning and reporting services. Please see below for more details.
