To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on Jan 05, 2026 at 4:00AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. Brief provisioning/cancellation impact may be experienced during the activity.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS, portal access and reporting. Please see below for more details.
