To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing a maintenance activity starting on Sep 11, 2025 at 1:00 AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. Provisioning and portal service may be briefly impacted during the maintenance activity.

There will be no impact on Data, voice, SMS, and reporting. Please see below for more details.
