Update
To ensure uptime and stability of our infrastructure, Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting on Dec 11, 2024 at 03:00 AM UTC to deploy network enhancement. Provisioning and Portal Access will be unavailable for 30 minutes followed by an intermittent unavailability for up to 30 minutes during the maintenance activity.

There will be no impact on Data, SMS and voice services. Please see below for more details.
