To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing a maintenance activity starting on Mar 18, 2025 at 1:00 AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. Provisioning and portal service will be intermittently impacted during the maintenance activity.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS and reporting. Please see below for more details.
