To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on Nov 12, 2024 at 2:00 AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. Provisioning and portal service will be impacted during the maintenance activity.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS, and reporting. Please see below for more details.
