IoTD customers using (Dual-Mode A-LH Service) may experience intermittent, brief periods of packet loss. These periods should not last more than one minute. Those customers may also experience intermittent, brief periods during which Aeris Intelligent Network Detection and Response will not enforce Security Policies. These periods should not last more than five minutes.
