This is to notify you that Aeris engineers will be performing a maintenance activity starting at 3:00 AM UTC on February 3, 2026 to upgrade Watchtower performance and enable additional Watchtower features. During the activity, the expected service impact is short periods where an Enterprise's devices' cellular data traffic will either (a) be dropped, or (b) will not have any security policies applied. These periods should total no more than twenty minutes. There will be no impact to voice, SMS, portal access, provisioning or reporting. Please see below for more details.
