To ensure uptime and stability of our infrastructure, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on Jan 25, 2026, at 5:00 AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. SIM management services may be impacted during the maintenance activity.

However, there will be no impact on voice, data, SMS and reporting. Please see below for more details.
