To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on Dec 08, 2025 at 10:00PM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. During the activity, brief data data interruption may be experienced but sessions will be re-established quickly depending on the device retry mechanism.
There will be no impact on voice, SMS and reporting. Please see below for more details.
