To ensure uptime and stability, Aeris’ carrier partner will be performing an emergency maintenance activity starting on Jan 13, 2026 at 10:00AM UTC to deploy the service enhancements. During the activity, provisioning delay may be experienced.

There will be no impact on voice, SMS, portal access and reporting. Please see below for more details.
