To ensure up-time and stability of our infrastructure, Aeris' engineers, in collaboration with our carrier partner, will be performing a maintenance activity starting on Sep 16, 2021, at 1:00 AM UTC to perform a database upgrade. During the maintenance, devices attempting to initiate a data session may fail to complete, and mobile devices in active data sessions may drop. Stationary devices will not experience any impact on active data sessions. Please see below for more details.
